I a m having a wonderful life

Here is what has happened in my life so far.

Went to Italy in September world masters ran the marathon personal best of 435.

Then ran Negril marathon in December good feel ing to have

run two marathons in one year.

My goal this year is to run three marathons, the first I have accomplished I ran the more 

Magazine marathon in Central Park N.Y

The next is in Montreal Canada I n August

And much more

well i am so very happy i am now running for the jamaica masters  with the  possibility to go to itally i sept

to run the marathon

am going to the gym doing the spin bycicle light weights and other cardio workouts

gym combat coming uo in june which is the aerobic compitition looking forward ti that

taking a cooking class on raw food preparation

taking part in a 5k walk this weekend put on by the pharmaceuticals

have never done a walk race so looking forward to that

well my visit with bev went well i did the high mountain run the sigma charity run

have aslo been going wih the jah3 which is a german group we go every        other weekend  to different areas  which is good as there are lots of areas in jamaica i do not know

i am the presedent of the lignum vitea club  we have a running group my goal is to take the group to kingston to take part in the events that i do so i am looking for sponsors to help with that project

have also joined the jamaica masters  track and field new area foe me

i have some pictures to add as soon as i learn how to do so
